Ms. Ross is the office
manager of Potential Solutions Inc. and Associates.
She coordinates the schedule of services for all associates
and facilitates special administrative requests. Ms.
Ross received her Associate Degree of Applied Science of
Engineering from Sampson Technical College, and is
currently working toward a degree in Management Information
Systems.
Ms. Ross' interest in electronic engineering was enhanced
while employed with one of the largest agricultural
businesses in the United States for 7 years. During
her time there she completed the installation and
implementation of area networks. Upon completion of
the network Ms. Ross automated data collection of the entire
production system within the plant.
Currently Ms. Ross is proficient in a
variety of different software packages including Windows 95
and 98, Microsoft Office 2000 and FrontPage, Lotus
Smartsuite Applications, Statistical Process Control
software packages and a large range of multi-media packages
used for professional presentations.
