History Potential Solutions, Inc. was founded in February of 1997 by Eric D. Spell. Having previously spent close to 9 years in a role of staff development and training, Eric set out to form his own company. Since 1997, Eric and Associates have formed a client base which extends from coast to coast in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Asia. Eric is active securing new and maintaining existing customers as well as the delivery training services. A strong network of associates are utilized to offer expanded services in areas such as Human Resources, Teambuilding and Recruiting. With an ever changing workplace and increased competition for goods and services, Potential Solutions, Inc. and Associates strives to provide professional outsourced services.
