Leadership Training
We have developed a program
called Leadership Enhancement which consists of a total of 24 hours
of learning when run in its’ entirety.
Most often we facilitate the workshop over a 3-3.5 day
agenda. Clients request certain topics to be emphasized according to
their organizational need. Leadership Enhancement is dynamic because
of the participative activities involved and the learning
environment created by the facilitator. Common topics covered are as
follows:

senior management we get endorsement to expose junior management to
the training. Feedback from our
