Supervisory Skills
Training We offer a wide variety of training services for supervisors in all levels of organizations. The supervisory skills training workshops range from ½ day to 3-day workshops and can be customized to meet the needs of an organization. Supervisors can receive training in these fundamental skills:
As with Leadership Enhancement, all of the topics covered are based on sound research. The supervisor skills workshops begin to develop skills that can be further cultivated by participating in Leadership Enhancement.
