Mr. Spell has over 13 years of experience in recruiting, training and human resources management.  He was Director of Recruiting and Training for a large east coast agribusiness prior to starting up Potential Solutions and Associates in 1997.   In his capacity as a consultant, Mr. Spell has assisted numerous agribusiness clients throughout the United States and Canada with their recruiting and training needs. 

Mr. Spell’s comprehensive knowledge of the agribusiness industry coupled with the many relationships he had developed with key players in the industry has contributed greatly to his effectiveness in both recruiting and training.  While one of his most popular training programs is Leadership Enhancement, he conducts a variety of other programs such as Team Building, Training the Trainer and Continuous Quality Improvement.  

Mr. Spell is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he acquired a B.S. degree in Business Management with emphasis in Labor and Personnel.  He is a Special Associate of the Center of Continuous Quality Improvement at Iowa State University where he participated in facilitator training programs.  Mr. Spell is also a Certified Facilitator in Team Management Systems
