Nick Whiting

Mr. Whiting is a Training Design Consultant working in the United Kingdom, where he also delivers a range of consulting programs.  His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of management and interpersonal disciplines gained from over 25 years experience in management and 17 years as a training professional in the United Kingdom and USA.

Mr. Whiting has worked with a variety of businesses, from large multi-national (e.g. Corus, BMW, Rolls Royce) to small family owned and run, both in the USA and United Kingdom and include companies in the Steel, Automotive, Engineering, Agricultural, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Research and Tourist industries.

He also consults and delivers training in all these areas and also runs Assessment & Development centres including Ability and Aptitude Testing.

Mr. Whiting received an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bath and an Advanced Diploma in Manager Development from Roffey Park. 
He also holds a Level A Certificate from the British Psychological Society and holds an Institute of Occupational Safety & Health Qualification. He also became an accredited ISO 9000 assessor in 1992.  He is an associate member of the Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom.

The unique training packages he designs are client specific, based on progressive concepts whereby the participants are actively involved throughout the training program.  The participants are encouraged to discuss and use their own experiences, learn from each other and develop action plans for their specific business needs.  Every program is tailored to meet the specific needs of the company/department/team or individuals and can be designed to be run in-house by a company trainer (training for them can also be provided) or delivered by  Potential Solutions Incorporated and Associates.
